PART C:
Upon receipt of your completed application plus all relevant materials and or fees, the committee will thoroughly examine and evaluate your credentials. Upon a determination for acceptance, the committee will then determine for which classes you have demonstrated acceptable level of knowledge or proficiency and will be awarded credit. The committee will then determine which classes you will be required to complete to prepare for your stated goals. * If the committee determines that your application is not acceptable at this time, they will explain why and will make any necessary recommendations or suggestions.

First time applications and students who have been out of class for a year or more. NOTE: The following fees will be billed at a later date.
Distance Learning Fees	Waived
Course Fees	$450.00 per Credit (will be billed upon acceptance and determination of course schedule.)
Ordination/Certificate Fee	$500.00 (For graduating students only. Will be billed on scheduling of ordination.)
